| "Free" Inside/Out Ministries, Inc. was founded in 2002 as God
"called" Jeannine Limbeck into WI Correctional Institutions to visit men and women serving time
"behind the walls". The purpose of her ministry is to reach out with the love of Jesus Christ to these men and women, giving them hope for their lives.
It is the intention of "Free" Inside/Out Ministries, Inc. to be obedient to God’s command to
"visit the prisoners" by going where God calls us to go, teaching biblical truth that inspires greater obedience to God’s Word.
Chaplain Jeannine is chaplain of the St. Croix Co. Jail in Hudson, WI; a chaplain at the St. Croix Correctional Center; and is a certified Instructor and Mentor Trainer with Prison Fellowship for Western Wisconsin. She meets one-on-one with incarcerated men and women encouraging them that God has a plan for their lives. |
